Founder

Miloop AI was founded by an AI engineer who built her career managing large-scale programs and standardizing cross-functional reporting at a Fortune 500 technology company. Those years are where she learned to tell whether a system will hold up at scale.

She has since engineered AI solutions for high-stakes environments, from automating complex editorial workflows and fine-tuning custom language models for specialized tasks, to building multi-modal voice AI systems for elderly, bilingual users, where reliability was the absolute top priority.

She holds a Master of Applied Data Science from the University of Michigan, and her background before that spans film and TV directing, video production, news editing, programming and data analysis. Those jobs are all hard in the same way. Whatever you make, someone has to be able to trust it.

(And yes, Miloop is named after her cat, the company’s Chief Moral Support Officer.)
